
I’m Piotr (you can call me Peter if it’s easier to say), living in Wrocław, the largest city of Lower Silesia in Poland. Cooking is my job and passion, I work in restaurants and sometimes organise alimentation for large groups myself. Aside from cooking I’m also a scout group leader and a huge bushcraft enjoyer.
My passion for food started not only in my family home, but also in the depths of our regions forests where I used to cook my meals on a campfire during scout camps and bivouacs. Although nowadays most of my cooking takes place in an indoor professional kitchen, I still love returning to the roots of my culinary journey – to the bush. Hence the “Bush Cook” comes from.
